Worst 1st apartment experience ever
May 2, 2023I moved in oct 2021 discovered mold in my daughters room sept 2022 I asked management to move me out the apartment or fix it. Of course they patched it up and acted like nothing happen. Slow to fix anything in my apt. I told them I wasn’t paying rent until they move me. And yup they didn’t care. Neither did the judge… Currently evicted and living in airbnbs. ? but god is still good!Property Manager Responded

May 26, 2022Just try calling or stopping by to see how horrible this place is in real life. Don't be fooled by fake reviews! It floods here every time it rains, there is no security and people throw trash anywhere and everywhere. They change management every few months and they dont even have a phone number to call for maintenance issues or for the leasing office. I could NOT wait to move out of this dump. Please save yourself the trouble! I read the reviews before I moved in and thought it cant be that bad ...HA!! ITS WORSE!!!! The Lies
February 18, 2022Waste of time! The communication Is absolutely horrible !!! The women In the office are no help and the guy clearly hates his job. I called the office and asked did they have any apartments ready for move In. The answer was yes so I put my application In, got approved and now they’re saying all the units are 100% full and nothing won’t be available until the end of March! I understand that the covid eviction law Is now being lifted and people are now getting evicted but why keep telling people to ...put In a application and nothing Is ready !? It’s people out here that Is In desperate need to move & It’s Inconsiderate people like the ones that work here In the leasing office that doesn’t care. They just want your money !!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
June 21, 2021You would think since the place has been renovated it would be up to par but it’s not. Management is horrible along with the maintenance. They half fix things and don’t know half of what’s going on. It took two weeks for a leak to be fixed in the ceiling and it’s still not completely done. I’m still missing closet doors. I’ve been here over a here and the first owners were 10x better. I never had to complain or lift a finger until the new management came in. I’m not renewing my lease and I pay ...rent for 3 toilets and can only use 2. My closet doors have been gone for over 2 months. Don’t waste your time. October 10, 2020I've been living here a year and a half now. When I first moved here I was concerned about the mixed reviews but overall living here has been decent. With the current leasing office and maintenance staff everything runs pretty well and definitely best it has since the 3 previous leasing management staff has left. The biggest annoyance is that they just do everything slightly off. For example if your late with rent past the 15th they file an eviction. Even if you explain and plan to pay. I think ...that is primarily because of the location. Otherwise no rodents or roaches but neighbors have had them in the past. Trash can get gross but due to residents. Current resident
October 23, 2018Hi I’m currently a resident and like the location for the most part. When I first moved the apartments were NOT cable ready, as indicated. My first apartment I applied for which was a one bedroom was rented out to someone else and no one contacted me to inform me, my paperwork was switched to a 2 bed 1.5 bath after I called to inquire the status....Not a big deal to most that the apartment isn’t cable ready, but it’s a major concern when you work from home. Because it was not cable ready I had to ...wait 8 days before Comcast could come out. Denise and Monica were helpful as much as possible, however wasn’t much they could do after the appointment was set with Comcast. Because I couldn’t work immediately my first month rent was late and I was charged an addidtional 100 dollars in which I was offered no compensation( I didn’t inquire either because I felt they knew the situation and would compensate or rectify if they saw fit). The location is currently renonvating or adding a fitness center. That too was conveyed that I was seeking a fitness center, so no one thought it was important enough to inform me that the fitness center would not be available until AFTER winter reason. Bummer for me but no big deal just disappointed that I specifically sought after certain amenities that is not being provided to me.... I’m sure the convenience of the fitness center is including in the pricing of the rent so I can’t use what I’m paying for...... Overall nice community.... POOR COMMUNICATIONProperty Manager Responded
