When I visited this property i was leery from living in the area knowing the history of it..I was concerned...then a coworker viewed it a was telling me how great it looked..so I took a look? The walk thru Ms Lane was welcoming and gave a great sell conversation ! So i was open! The manager was helpful as well....then I applied and approved! Great! I came up there to bring me deposit and Mr Brandon was very nice! Yet I was too soon to leave the deposit so no worries..I was in the area and stopped ...
thru to see when I wld be able to leave the deposit and upon entry Ms Lane's attitude was different? Very stand offish? My next interaction with her was on the phone I asked was she ok she said "she wasnt feeling good tht day" ok we all have our bad days.. the next call she calls me because I was inquiring thru email abt options if I were to take this job offer outta state and was again nasty? Very dismissive! So now im worried! Today I call after signing my lease to ask when can I view the unit and here we go again? Was it me inquiring that was too much...im very worried now about how this year will go? I can say Radco seems to trying make the place more appealing and for the price? Its good..but if your looking for a good rental experience? Im not sure....im very disappointed and I cannot recommend Rhythm at Campcreek..
