    I'm very happy at Gardens of Annapolis. My apartment is comfortable and meets my needs. I enjoy being part of the community and meeting other residents, and the location is close to shopping and restaurants.     I have been a resident for 4 years and several things could be improved upon. Former management was unsatisfactory in several ways and many residents feel this way...things overheard when residents share with others. New management I feel is more concerned about how residents wants and needs will be met. It will take few months to achieve this but patience and communication and follow up updates will be on the horizon from new managent to the residents and future residents.

    Gardens of Annapolis has been a very good choice for me. My apartment is comfortable and I especially appreciate having my own outdoor space, a washer and dryer, and being within walking distance of such essentials as grocery shopping. The community is welcoming and there are plenty of activities to engage many different interests.

    This has been a good move for me. My apartment is comfortable and the rooms are a nice size, I don't feel cramped. I love that every apartment has its own outdoor space and use my balcony frequently. Also, after living in a high-rise building with a laundry room for many years, I love having my own washer and dryer. I'm also grateful to be in walking distance from all the essentials, such as grocery shopping.

    No comment at this time. I do feel The Gardens us a nice place to live and hopefully "age in place". It is a convenient location, nice amenities, close to necessities like The Giant, CVS and the Anne Arundel Medical Center and a host of nice areas for shopping plus the historic part of Annapolis and the Bay.
