October 2, 2025I have been a resident for 4 years and several things could be improved upon. Former management was unsatisfactory in several ways and many residents feel this way...things overheard when residents share with others. New management I feel is more concerned about how residents wants and needs will be met. I love that every apartment has its own outdoor space and use my balcony frequently. Also, after living in a high-rise building with a laundry room for many years, I love having my own washer and dryer.
