The onsite management team was an excellent one but Greystar has changed that. Before these changes, I would have given Gardens of Annapolis an excellent rating with a 10/10. Shelley, Doris and Church are doing a great job as usual. Our new manager has only been here a week so I can’t really give an informed opinion. So far, she seems to be doing a very good job.

I very quickly felt at home in this community -- my apartment is comfortable and I especially appreciate that every apartment has its own outdoor space, as well as a fully equipped kitchen plus washer and dryer. The staff are easily accessible, friendly and helpful; lots of activities are available to choose from and ideas for new ones are welcomed. This has been a good move for me.

Nice place to live...pleasant surroundings....many convenient things close by without living in a noisey area where there is constant traffic. Residential area feeling and still have access to much shopping, hospital and medical offices, restaurants and historic part of Annapolis where much activity occurs if wanted plus close to churches, senior center etc.

I have been a resident for 4 years and several things could be improved upon. Former management was unsatisfactory in several ways and many residents feel this way...things overheard when residents share with others. New management I feel is more concerned about how residents wants and needs will be met. It will take few months to achieve this but patience and communication and follow up updates will be on the horizon from new managent to the residents and future residents.

Gardens of Annapolis has been a very good choice for me. My apartment is comfortable and I especially appreciate having my own outdoor space, a washer and dryer, and being within walking distance of such essentials as grocery shopping. The community is welcoming and there are plenty of activities to engage many different interests.
