Good place to live
August 10, 2024Having lived here since the facility just opened, we have watched the growth and struggles. With a total of five different managers, there have been issues. Parking is one issue. Trash pickup has been another issue. Maintenance has been an issue; ie: we went the entire Easter Weekend without hot water (due to corporate not wanting to spend the $ for weekend service) on the follow Monday, it was repaired. Similar issue when the elevator was down for 3 weeks. The current management has made ...changes to the rules (possibly to fill all of the apartments). ie: Oversized pets are now allowed; pets are now allowed on ALL floors, Underaged residents are now being allowed. We are not affected, personally, by the changes, but it is still concerning.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
