Safe, clean and Friendly community
August 12, 2023Though the building outside view does not look too attractive, it is a safe and clean environment great for families. Residents..facilities worker and the manager are all friendly..warm and responsive to one another. A place you can be rest assured that you will be safe and plan for the future. Security lights are so bright..security personnel come around..cctv caremas. Rooms are not so big to accommodate more than you need. Facility guy Eddy is so awesome...he gets your issues resolved round ...the clock.Great place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Quaint & Cozy
January 17, 2018I've lived here for about 4 years and the new management is very responsive and friendly. They keep the property up very well and the maintenance is very quick & responsive. The price is great! The apartments are a nice size. Its pretty quiet and I love that the community is small, you get to know your neighbors better. Its right in the heart of the Arts District and everything is so close & convenient :)Property Manager Responded
