Not a good place to raise children. Dishwasher not working. Toilette flusher broken for a week and still not fixed. Lawn unkept. bedbugs, fleas, stray cats with fleas. Loud neighbors. Probably drugs in this area also. Heater does not fully heat the home in the winter. Air conditioner does not fully cool home in the summer.

This apartment is a short walk from the park and school. Although it is not luxurious it does provide all necessities to living. The maintenance man always goes out of his way to make sure residents are satisfied and correct issues that may arise. Some of the children living on the property may be unattended by their parents at times and they tend to litter. Some residents have paid kids candy to pick up their mess. It is reasonably priced and most people living here are very kind.
