May 15, 2020If you enjoy peace and quiet, and not steeping in dog poop, this is not the place for you. Their is no insulation between floors so if you have crappy neighbors, you are just outta luck. TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THE QUALITY OF THEIR LUXURY APARTMENTS.Review from Apartments.com
Great place to live!
January 2, 2018I love living here. My apartment is beautiful. All new stainless steel appliances, crown molding and modern fixtures. Plenty of grass to walk my dog. Very quiet and well lit, which makes me feel safe anytime I come home, (It helps that a couple sheriffs live here too). Brand new gym equipment with 24 hour access when I feel like a workout. Big lap pool that I look forward to using during these hot summers. The personnel Tracie and Nick are very friendly and welcoming. The cable and ...internet work great, even during storms. They also have inexpensive locked garages and storage units. One more cool thing is a vacuum/air compressor station. This is the best place to live in franklin!Property Manager Responded
