March 12, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI signed my lease over a week ago. The stove still won’t light! They act like I have never used a gas stove before! They did fix the refrigerator that was rocking anytime you touched it but so far that and putting a window lock on, that I could have bought at the Dollar store, onto a window that doesn’t close is all they have done. January 3, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comUpon my visit to a friends apartment it was very clear his unit had Black Mold in the master bedroom and the front living room, bugs where also present in the apartments. He told me he didn't keep food in the house because of them. The cabinets were covered in a sticky substance from bug companies coming and spraying. The hallways reeked of pot and he had problems keeping his apartment from smelling of strange damp odors so he constantly had to spray Febreze, keep baking soda around and kept ...candles lit. During his time there he also had a California King Snake crawl Through the vents from another apartment into his bedroom while he was sleeping.Read More

There's a nice park to walk in nearby, close to the beltway of the city. Maintenance and staff are top notch - same day repairs are not uncommon, and the managers and employees are professional and courteous 100% of the time. Grills are available, a basketball hoop, and many other amenities are also here. Large visitor parking lot, plenty of tenant parking and ...the spaces are wide. This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in by far. Highly recommended.Read More

The Leasing agent I spoke with was very friendly on the phone, and in person. The property was clean, and seemed quiet. And it seemed like a good value. There wasn't much available at the time for my needs. Also, I am currently going through a bankruptcy, and they didn't seem to be willing to work with me on alternativesto help me rent ie: a co signer, higher deposit, etc. It was kind of ...like...well...nothing we can do. Not saying it was the fault of the agent, just company policy. I didn't have a bad experience there, and would most likely refer someone to these apartments.Read More

June 1, 2014 - Review from Apartments.comThis is a quite complex. Ample of space in my apartment and I can park my car in front of my building. Ample parking space for visitors or my second car. There is no amenities but is all inclusive except for cable and internet. I had not used the maintenance service but they were great when I moved-in, the apartment looked like new. If you are looking for grills and pools this is not your place. But, if you want to enjoy a quite place around tons of trees this is your new place!
