Criminal History -Any convictions of felony or conviction for a crime against a person Evictions -No prior evictions within the last seven years. Terrible Management
October 25, 2022Nice area and friendly neighbors but the apartments haven't been maintained over the years and it shows. If you do have a maintenance request or need anything taken care of with the property manager, it will be months before you hear back if you hear back at all. It seems like reasonable rent and fresh paint covers a lot but honestly, living here feels like being trapped. Everyone leaves after a year because of how bad it is.Review from Apartments.com
