The apartment location is very nice. The one issue is the elvators have been down for a couple of years. Maitenance is very slow to act, and any billing issues are pretty hard to resolve.

The renew price is unreasonable higher than the market increasing. The property management is good and keep immediate response. The elevator is always keeping preparing and I don’t see 4 elevators are running at the same time, so I have to wait for 10-15 mins at the busy time.

As I've always said, I love living in Gateway and the experience keeps getting better. I moved in with my children in 1993 and even after the 9/11 attacks, we returned within weeks. Empty nest? Doesn't happen at Gateway - my two children came home after college and my son brought his fiancee (who has now been his wife for 20 years.) We all lived together as the happiest of families. Thank you, Gateway for 31 years in a welcoming community.
