    Poorly constructed with prudence in selection of materials that you will be charged for upon move out, even though wear with said cheap materials was imminent. Water damage. False advertisement in regards to picnic areas, club house and 'gym'.... No breed restrictions which is fine but all green areas are filled with some pretty massive surprises from your neighbors Pitt or Shepard. No parking. Employees literally take up approximately 7 spaces designated to them even though they don't pay to ...
    live there, why they can't park on surrounding properties and risk being towed like everyone else is beyond me. You basically pay for granite, stainless steel, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher because nothing else is worth anything. Spend your money elsewhere.

    It’s all fake, they tell you fairytale stories when you come for a tour but it’s pretty much all lies. The pricing is a lie and will charge you hidden fees every month and upon asking they get upset and rude. They also told me at the time of the tour that they have a gym and that they’re adding weights and other machines and I’ve been here for a good 6 months nothing yet and upon asking other residents who have been here for almost a year said they were told the same thing but nothing was added ...

  • Not worth the price

    This place is a joke! Management clearly has no clue how to run an apartment community. The quality of construction was evident during my tour - cabinet doors were loose in the kitchen, bulbs missing in the bathroom, bedroom door didn't close all the way or lock properly, flooring loose, etc. There are zero amenities onsite for the price either... Plus parking is a total joke- there is not enough space for all these units. How this got approved through planning & zoning amazes me. If this ...
