Bug problems

Before you move in talk with the tenants currently there...never had an issue with bugs until my family moved there. The apartment was infested with bedbugs. You'll notice mattresses outside everyother trash pick up day. Convinced the landlord already knew and failed to tell us because after reviewing the lease there's a clause that they will not pay for any exterminators for ants/fleas/bedbugs. That should've been the first red flag. I now know to talk with the neighbors before moving into a ...

place. They can always tell you a better perspective on how good maintenance and what not is versus the landlord.
