May 26, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comFollowing a thorough cleaning process that spanned several days, the apartment was left in impeccable condition with every room cleaned and areas under appliances such as the refrigerator, washer, and dryer attended to. Additional tasks included shampooing the carpet, replacing light bulbs, and fitting a new screen to the sliding door. The cleanliness and condition of the apartment were documented through photographs. A minor repair to a rip in the carpet could have been undertaken. Despite the ...apartment's cleanliness and good condition, the landlords deducted $925 from the $1000 deposit, returning only $75, which appears unjustified. Nonetheless, the outcome has led to a positive transition to homeownership. Given the negative experience, it would be prudent to avoid renting from these particular landlords.Read More

The apartment is very spacious. Love the counter and cupboard space in the kitchen. The bathroom and rooms also are spacious. The grounds are well kept and the staff is always there when you need them. I would recommend this apartment complex.

I would recommend the upstairs unit because the ceilings are lofted which opens the unit up a ton. The deck is nice, but you can not use your grill on it which is a bummer. The apartment itself is nice it is very open and there is plenty of space. The walk in closet is large and has a washer and drier already for you to use. It is nice not having to pay for heat in the winter ...because I know a lot of apartments are electrical heat and that can add up quicklyRead More
