How funny! After leaving a negative feedback here, I received a survey which seemed to be coming from corporate offices, to leave feedback about my experience living here. After sending it, I was contacted directly by the offices here to "talk" and when replied to them that I was uncomfortable about the way the handled the surveys, even more when I complained in my survey about things I have already tried to fix in that office, and specifically stated that I wanted to be contacted by email, I
...received no answer back, but I did receive another ridiculous balcony fee because according to them my beautiful tables are not patio furniture. The same day the email conversation ended, in which I actually included a person from corporate, they wrote me a later saying that I have to leave the unit because they "needed it". I received the letter by mail days after and when called to inquire why they responded that is not an eviction, and that they have nothing against us, but that because we are paying (on time) month to month, they have the "right" to put us in the street if the "need" the unit... Interesting!
