They told us we could get the keys early on move in day, then they said we couldn't once we got there because they were still cleaning. That was a joke because it was not clean at all. The smoke smell was so strong, the toilet was disgusting, there was splatter of I don't even know what on the bathroom walls. There were also cigarette and blunt butts shoved under the heaters in both rooms. After spending a lot of time cleaning it is a decent apartment, but it regularly smells strongly of weed in ...

Not very pleased with the company. Deducted from my deposits for cleaning when I left the place cleaner and in better shape then when I moved in would not recommend it. Over priced and never really responsed urgently to maintainance request. Our paperwork was "lost" too so very unprofessional glad I only had to stay there for one year.
I moved in to one of there places with stains in the carpets. Stains on the blinds and claw marks all over the window treatments. My bedroom door even had a hole ...
in it I was told before even moving in we would have new kitchen/dining floors installed that was never done till I was moving out. Then they are trying to charge me for the new floor they were intending on putting in anyway.
I would probably lived in the Grove or copper beach, again, Over this establishment.
