Expect to do a lot of cleaning on move in day.
April 3, 2022They told us we could get the keys early on move in day, then they said we couldn't once we got there because they were still cleaning. That was a joke because it was not clean at all. The smoke smell was so strong, the toilet was disgusting, there was splatter of I don't even know what on the bathroom walls. There were also cigarette and blunt butts shoved under the heaters in both rooms. After spending a lot of time cleaning it is a decent apartment, but it regularly smells strongly of weed in ...the building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Unprofessional management
September 16, 2019Not very pleased with the company. Deducted from my deposits for cleaning when I left the place cleaner and in better shape then when I moved in would not recommend it. Over priced and never really responsed urgently to maintainance request. Our paperwork was "lost" too so very unprofessional glad I only had to stay there for one year. I moved in to one of there places with stains in the carpets. Stains on the blinds and claw marks all over the window treatments. My bedroom door even had a hole ...in it I was told before even moving in we would have new kitchen/dining floors installed that was never done till I was moving out. Then they are trying to charge me for the new floor they were intending on putting in anyway.
