Beware the Facade
September 29, 2025I've lived here for a few years and every year it is getting worse. Maintenance isn't timely and sometimes doesn't solve the issues, property owners aren't reliable and the staffing changes every few months, and the maintaining/cleaning of the building and hallways and common areas have been poor at best. The building is so cool looking, but the rent is continually being raised by $200+ a year so that sticker price isn't the true price. If you want a very cool looking place with many headaches ...then this is the place for you. It's very sad how far this place has fallen and I'll be moving out to my new home and happily leave the headaches behind.Property Manager Responded

Quiet and Awesome
October 6, 2020I just moved into one of the 2 bedroom loft units and I have to say it’s awesome. It’s very age diverse and friendly. The people here are very nice. It’s pet friendly and yet I don’t here any commotion from the pets. Trina in the office is amazing to work with and get things handled. It’s so close to some great restaurants and parks. The Pappajohn sculpture garden is a block away!! It’s amazing.Review from Apartments.com
