July 10, 2024This place looks nice on the outside, you will be greeted with a smile which changes quickly. Disregard the dirty hallways and stairs, pools always being closed, maintenance being unable to change lightbulbs for free, moss in the fountains of the pool etc. the biggest issue will be that move out statement! It was a sad situation living there and while I had to get out in less than a year, I’ve seen and spoke to many other residents who couldn’t wait to leave this place. Find somewhere else! Worst customer service i’ve ever received
April 17, 2022I have toured many apartments trying to find the best possible for me and my family. I went in for a tour at the Pines and it lasted about 5 minutes before I got up and left. I have never been somewhere where the employees acted the way they did at the Gateway Pines. The woman who I was speaking too (never introduced herself or even got up from her chair) was unexpectedly rude to me and talked to me as if I was completely clueless. Bug Infested
November 15, 2020Don't bother renting here if you don't like pests. Yes, they will have pest control come in, but it doesn't matter. Roaches from day 1 and the place was brand new when I moved in. I started seeing just one or two roaches here and there, but it eventually became an attack of roaches! Disgusting. And I am very clean. No dishes out, vacuum and mop weekly....and still had an issue. Pests were all over the hallway, so trust me it was not just my unit. Tried to charge me upon move out, but I am over ...it. I was a quiet, clean tenant that paid on time monthly. I left that place looking as new as it was when I moved in (pics to prove it). Property management won't answer the phone (seems unprofessional to me) so I'll just pay whatever they want. Just happy to be rid of these people. Good riddance! I am now in a place that is much nicer and new with NO pests. The place might look nice, but trust me you're overpaying for pests.Property Manager Responded
