Lived here for 3 years and during the last year during Covid the maintenance and pest control stopped coming by which resulted into my building getting infested. First my neighbor upstairs had them, then after I had them in my apartment. It was so bad they were coming in from outside through the vents! I talked to the leasing office and they never helped. I’m so glad I got out of there.

This is a great apartment for someone that is just moving out and living on their own the neighborhood is quiet and it is cleaned every morning. Been living here for over two years and not a package has been stolen. I’ve never had a bug problem. This is a great start a Apartments because majority of utilities are included plus you can have the companionship of having two cats. It is also one of the most affordable apartment complexes in the area. The only downside is the laundry room only ...
contains two washers and two dryers that are pretty small and you have to share it with other buildings. It’s also a Quarter machine so you would have to try and find quarters which is hard because of the coin shortage.

The management is very unprofessional. Turned off hot water for “emergency service” without any warning, notification, or concern. When calling the office to find out what happened, I was told “there wasn’t enough time to send out a notice”. That doesn’t even make any sense. It takes 2 seconds to send an email.

Please please please do your research before moving into this complex. I had to learn the hard-way. The cleanliness and quietness hides a dark secret which is crimes committed against cars, including but not limited to Break ins, car theft, and theft of wheel. My boyfriend and I have had our cars broken into and his wheels have been stolen. This is now a foreseeable issue that has been going on for YEARS and the property manager or corporate shows 0 lack of concern. Talk to neighbors, research ...

This is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. If I was able to break my lease & move, I absolutely would. They have a terrible mice infestation. I’ve called about 3-4 times & maintenance NEVER came to patch my holes. My friend had to come & patch my holes when that’s not even her job to do that. Thank God she knew what she was doing. I & the unit under me has a beehive on our apartment building that maintenance or pest control fail to knock down. They just keep spraying something that isn’t ...

I have lived here for three years. The convenience to public transportation is one of the biggest perks. You are in the center of something nice. National Harbor is twenty minutes away, close to the beltway...it doesn't get any better that this.

Besides the fact that the place is rather run down and we have had to have repair guys come in 7xs in the past year for major things alone (i.e. mold, water leak, broken dishwasher, cabinets collapsing), but the workers in the leasing office don't seem to care that much. The other big concern living here is that some of the neighbors are not nice, I take care of the colony cats in the neighborhood and someone threatened me several times and finally my tires became 'mysteriously' flat all at the ...
same time. The police and lease office ignored my claims of who had done it, but even my neighbors who like me told me it was that tenant.
Lastly, there are only about 15 visitor parking spots, and they are in the middle of the huge complex, so if you have guests over, they will either get towed, or you'll have to walk a long ways if you aren't one of the 3 buildings near the spots.
Side note: the handymen that work here are all absolutely lovely folks, and I will miss them when we leave.
