Great place to live
July 2, 2024I’ve lived in Gateway Townhomes for going on four years now and have not had any issues. Maintenance and property management have always been really great as well as very timely and responsive. Their ARE program is also very nice as it allows you to split your monthly rent into two payments which has definitely come in handy!Property Manager Responded

Nice Experience
November 3, 2023This property is nice for a small family and somewhere to reside for numerous reasons. I moved here to start my life over again and a break away from the city. Going thru financial hardship can cause alot of mental, emotional and physical stress. I’m saying this to say that ARE PROGRAM has helped me and my family from being evicted. The program allows you to make 2 payments towards your rent for the month to keep a roof over your head. It’s a great program to enroll in when you’re having ...financial hardship. And during the time we’re living it hard for everybody. The office manager Ms. GiGi is very professional is def appreciated. The ARE PROGRAM she offers more than she knows. Z Crum! Great Place to Live, awesome location
November 2, 2023They have a great program to help pay rent if you cant pay all at once(ARE). Schools in the area and bus stops right in the complex, mall is less than 10 mins away and restaurants as well. We have small parks and BBQ grill o the grounds as well. Maintenance is on time for none- emergency issues, they keep the grounds nice in the summer. I've lived here since 2015 and since upgraded to a 3 bedroom from my 2 bedroom with ease.
