I Love Living Here
January 15, 2025Gateway is mid-range in terms of price, but you definietly get your bang for your buck. The community is super clean, they screen people well so you get good neighbors, the office staff is friendly and efficient, maintenance is better than anywhere I have ever lived, and it's really peaceful. February 29, 2024Rent is way too high for a community whose only amenity is the pool for residents and a pool table. Cost to value is not worth it. The management team is so kind and friendly, highly responsive in a timely manner and the community is so kind. There are constant events, food trucks, and so much more.
