I Love Living Here

Gateway is mid-range in terms of price, but you definietly get your bang for your buck. The community is super clean, they screen people well so you get good neighbors, the office staff is friendly and efficient, maintenance is better than anywhere I have ever lived, and it's really peaceful. I recommend living here all day long.

Rent is way too high for a community whose only amenity is the pool for residents and a pool table. Cost to value is not worth it. Management team is okay, they do what they can with what we got and always friendly. Package room is a nightmare 9 times out of 10.

Cortland Gateway is a beautiful living arrangement! The apartments are spacious, brand new finishings, beautiful views and clean common shared areas. The management team is so kind and friendly, highly responsive in a timely manner and the community is so kind. There are constant events, food trucks, and so much more. The gym is beautiful and perfect for working out on your own time! We are so happy we chose this location to live at!
