Property lists air conditioning as an amenity but when it's nit working the front desk doesn't get it inspected. Cancelled requests with no repair and no communication. Don't move here unless you're desperate.

I lived at Geary Estates for a little over a year. The apartments are nice. The office staff are very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance comes within a reasonable time of being called. I liked that it wasn't in the middle of town, but it has pretty easy access to shopping and dining. I never felt unsafe. I didn't really have many complaints while living there.

We read nasty reviews about Geary estates and we were hesitant to take a tour but as soon as we saw the granite countertops and modern appliances our minds had been made up. Ever since moving in we have received beyond excellent service by the ladies at the office and by the maintenance. The ladies up front are understanding,flexible and kind! If something goes wrong they always go boys and beyond to fix the ...

I do live here at Geary Estates for almost one and a half year now. And I must say I can not complain. I like how the management and also her crew works. If I had any issues, they came right away to fix it. I am also very satisfied with the cleaning people. The buildings are always clean. I really enjoy living here.. And I think it is really important to say, that if you are an single female, it is safe here to live. Like I said, I can not complain, in any kind of way.

Geary Estates has been nothing but good to my family and I. With base being so close, it is very convenient for my husband to go to work. The staff are always so friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns that I may have and anytime I have a maintenance request they get it done asap. I recommend living here to anyone searching for an apartment. :)

I am in the army so I needed a place close to post. Its right outside the gate so the location is perfect. Its quiet here, the neighbors are nice. They also have storage units right near the apartment buildings, if you want to rent one they will simply add it on to your rent. There is also a pool you can freely use.
There are a couple things Id like to see changed. Firstly, we are not allowed to have fires. Its not too big of a deal. Second, we are not allowed to use our own cooking grills. They ...
have designated grillsto use but you can not move them and I would like to be able to cook outside my apartment. Again its not a deal breaker.

I lived in Geary Estates for about 6 months, the reason for the move was because I pcs'd in other words because the army relocated me to another state. Geary Estates was beautiful, quiet, pool, great place for family. If you have pets, it's a great place to have them, nothing but open space for them to run and walk. I wouldn't have picked a better place to live. Right outside the gate so it was only a 10 min drive to work.

it is a good apartment for the price even though it is a little high for what you get as far as square footage and location. The maintenance staff is great and do a great job at taking care of the problems. the office staff is good and take care of most of your issues. Overall the issues include that there should be washer and dryer hook ups in the apartment's and the walls should be thicker when you can hear your neighbor using the bathroom next to you, there should be better insulation in the ...

Our apartment is comfortable. We are happy here. The complaints I have are minor. One being that there are bugs in the hallway and they did not get killed or cleaned up for more than a day. Otherwise, no complaints.
