Out of order elevator
May 24, 2025Elevator in these apartment have been out of service going on 2 weeks with vague updates from Management and emails telling us not to call their office. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. If you want to deal with an apartment complex with 4 floors and no working elevator move right in.Property Manager Responded

April 15, 2025I lived at Gema (aka The Heritage) for 4-5 years before COVID and I returned to this property recently because I had a great experience here. I'm happy about my decision and I plan to stay for a few years as long as the rent remains reasonable. You get a lot of space for the price and the location is great if you enjoy the city life without a lot of traffic or disruption.
