The apartments themselves are poorly maintained. There is plywood holding up the kitchen sinks, and behind that, old broken debries from years of neglect. The basement has leaks throughout, the air conditioners and baseboard heaters are nasty and falling apart. And the management is noneachable. (They've had the same management for years!) They are kicking people out to do faux "renovations". Renter BEWARE!
