February 13, 2022Dont move here its mold in the apartments . They dont fix nun if they do they complain. They go through ur house when ur not there and u ask them fix something. The office people are rude. They try to charge u with different things they dont even plow . They expect u to put salt down not them. Nothing is updated in the apartment . July 5, 2017I've been at Genesee Village for 10 months and I've enjoyed every minute of it, especially living in such a convinent location! This is such a well kept and quiet community. Best Apartment Ever!
October 11, 2015Genesee Village is so convenient to shopping, post office, credit union, gas stations and the expressways! All of the staff are so friendly and helpful - going above and beyond! I had a very large, heavy package delivered to me last winter. Since my building is locked, the package was delivered to the office. They notified me of this, however, due to my work hours, I was unable to pick up the package until the weekend. But, it was so heavy, I would not be able to take it up to my second ...floor apartment. The office staff offered to have maintenance bring the package to my apartment and it was there when I got home from work! I was very grateful! We have a beautiful clubhouse, a clean and inexpensive laundry area, a fantastic pool area and covered parking, if desired. We have an annual garage sale and very friendly neighbors! When I first moved in, my neighbor from a building next door immediately welcomed me to the neighborhood! I feel very safe and protected in my Genesee Village apartment, especially since each building is locked 24-7. I would love to stay here forever!
