Laundry is on site and convenient. Laurel makes everything very easy and great. I’m only moving because I lost my job. I wish I could stay!

I have lived in these apartments going on two years. thank goodness Geneva states has a manager that lives on the site and takes excellent care of every single thing from the beautiful grounds and Keeping herself available for anyone at any time to the quiet and respectful communicate that she has created. They are merely crappy people with crappy attitudes who won't work with the management and like to complain....I work in this field elsewhere and see it daily. If you are looking for a great place to live where they take care of the property and care about your requests, then look no further than here. My water heater went out and they responded quickly and replaced it. They are there to plow snow in the winter and fix the ...buildings during the summer, never missing a beat. I have not had any bad situations with this management. They are always nice and always responsive to my requests. I have to give props to Laurel and the Crew here who really care and go out of their way to fix things and NOTICE things (yes, preventative maintenance)..and thanks for the new air conditioner..hope to use it this year. October 10, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comThis location changed owners in the last year. They were a joke. Not only did they remodel the apartments. Many of the tenants that were living there and were long term residents did not get their leases renewed and they did not give a reason or said that because they could be sued they cannot legally release the reason. That is not true at all. Then they would say if you went to apply for another residence you either broke the lease or gave no notice that you were leaving. That is not however ...true because they were the ones that forced you out. But that's not the kicker. They then went after us for the next three months rent even though there was no lease. We moved when the lease was up. They also take your security deposit and use all of it for repairing the apartment plus they charge you for anything else that needs to be done. So like I said do not move here they are a bunch of money grubbing frauds. That will not do anything but take and take and never mind long term residents.Read More

Not only are our windows practically useless due to our building being built into the ground and living on the bottom floor, but the screens were flimsy and did anything but protect us from pests the first day we moved. We have had ants emerge in our bathroom, and according to others in our building, they claimed the same. We have two radiators that do not work and haven't since we firat moved here, and we also have an unusable ...phonejack in our kitchen.
