I thoroughly enjoy living here. The staff is great and the rates are reasonable. The area is nice and close to schools in the area. I haven't had a problem since moving in almost 2 years ago. I would surely recommend to anyone wanting to live in the area.

The only downsides to living here is the parking and not being able to pay for a different parking space however, you can rent parking space per day. The other thing is the fluctuations in rent each month due to community charges such as water usage and community electric usage, and be charged for services such as FETCH which we dont even use. Other than that, the staff are very friendly and professional and the property is beautiful.

I really enjoy having 3 different pool options to choose from. The complex is inside a quiet safe neighborhood. We really enjoy the lake and the ducks. Highly recommend!
