February 14, 2026I love it here!! Very nice neighbor's, it’s quiet, very respectful. Everyone that I have see my place says they love it!! February 1, 2026Way too expensive, so many additional fees, repairs are done cheaply and poorly, you can tell they’re trying to save every dollar they can, complex is quiet and nice being peaceful most of the time, however, it’s a pretty cheap way of living while paying way too much. They definitely need to update a lot and the correct way instead of trying to patch over things making it seem like it was done properly until you really see the details and realize that it was improperly done. Such as swapping ...appliances into different apartments, as if they are providing a nice replacement, or painting over things that should not be painted over, painting over bathtubs and showers improperly, outlets that don’t work Cable plugs that don’t work, pest control that isn’t really done, including somebody walking in for five seconds and leaving, the air conditioner units are so old they are louder than a train driving across your front doorstep, and any complaints that you make or concerns are pointless.Property Manager Responded

It is definitely a great apartment complex and all the appliances and the way the apartment looks from the pictures. It’s just amazing and the leasing office team is so understanding and so kind. It has been a place that I can call home and the property management company prides themselves by checking in from time to time to ensure satisfaction. I have signed another lease based on my overall satisfaction with the property itself. The staff and Maintenance continually go above and beyond to ensure they meet and often exceed expectations. December 24, 2025Very calm and relaxing residential area ,I love the Amenities provided, maintenance is on the dot. The unit is quite spacious, love having 2 baths and 2 bedrooms.The patio over look at the swimming pool, the laundry room within the patio area is a plus.Property Manager Responded

December 3, 2025This is a great place. They are fixing it up and making it even better. All the new things they are doing is very nice. I wish it was gated community. Also I wish they could stop all the people from letting there dogs poop every place and not pick it up. But that will never happen. October 30, 2025I would love to say everything has been great however, it’s been non stop issue after issue…nice community, quiet and peaceful but, management or the owner is very obviously trying to save each and every penny with the way they “fix” issues such as only having one working coax outlet for the internet after being without WiFi for a month, paint peeling in the tubs, having to run the dryer 5-10 times to dry our clothes even after being swapped with another used dryer. Doors falling off the hinges, ...etc. I wish there was more care for the tenants safety and well being.Property Manager Responded
