September 4, 2025We love our townhome at gentile station. We have had a good experience so far. Staff have been quick to respond to any questions and have not had to submit any maintenance requests. The only complaint is the HOA fee is ridiculous. We get below average lawn care with no amenities.Property Manager Responded
