December 30, 2021Why is Gentry's walk so special and a great place to live? I am so glad you asked me that. The staff is a team of professionals who handle the residents with "white glove" treatment. You will get the best that they have to offer. Finding the perfect apartment with good neighbors who care. This is where you would want to live. Oscar and Ray are the maintenance men and they are jack of all trades. Jamie and Monteca are not just pretty faces but they are impressive women who take their jobs ...seriously. If you can't rest neither will they until they make you happy. These ladies don't sleep on themselves, they are not mattresses, they stay woke! over priced, old, overrated
March 19, 2021This complex has gone completely down hill, the police are always here. The apartments are old and over priced. They slapped a smart thermostats on the wall and a smart lock on the door to justify a higher rent. The management takes no fault on issues and you have to call a dozen times just to get someone on the phone. They spam your email about not paying rent late even when you never have, about dog clean up and overflowing dumpsters. They are trying to appear like a modern luxury complex but ...it’s all illusion.Property Manager Responded

Sometimes we may be helping another resident or on site but if you leave a message we will return the call.

New arrival
September 26, 2017I have nothing but nice things to say about my new home. I feel like a brand new woman coming to Gentry Walk. All of the neighbors are very kind, talk to each other , and all around exactly what a apartment expectations are!!. The pool is beautifully kept. The ground are always neat and tidy. I love my porch and the huge apartment for the price. The girls up front have always been right there to assist me in everything i need. I know there aren't the best reviews but I feel you take yourself ...wherever you go. If you love your life you will love these homes. If your a negative person your only going to see the bad. Worst apartments ever
July 26, 2017These apartments are old, moldy and the floors are falling apart. My experience with gentrys walk was atrocious. The managers are rude, inconsiderate and will charge you for everything they possibly can. If you email them a notice per the lease agreement, they will not respond and send collections after you for thousands of dollars. The floors literally break under your feet. They refuse to fix anything. My dishwasher was broken for the whole year I was there. Please please please do not ...rent from these people. Great Apartment and Great Location!
July 22, 2015This is a great location for apartment. It is close to the freeway, Starbucks, restaurants, parks, and two shopping centers close by. On the apartment, it has two floors which I like since I always get the upper level. My upper level apartments has a vaulted ceiling with updated appliances. The balconies are huge! Almost the size of a small room. This is perfect if you want to put patio furniture on. The grounds are well kept and it feels safe here.
