Apartment is spacious and reasonable in price compared to other apartments in town. Location is perfect the apartment is located on one of the main roads, so snow is never an issue for 6am commuters like me. It takes them a few days to make repairs but everything I call they give me an update on parts and ETF for repairs. The only downside the apartments are older so minor things have needed to be repaired or replacement, however rent includes everything except KU bill, which is less than or ...

The best part about this apartment complex is they offer month to month leases after one year at NO FEE to the resident, which is unheard of. If your like most people looking for that perfect house while trying to save money you will not have to worry about finding your dream home when your lease is up. After spending 8 long months looking for my dream house I am finally ready to move I gave them a 30 day notices a few days ago and they are prorating my rent next month, so happy I will have more money to decorate my new home. Don't rent here unless you are desperate for a place to live in Georgetown. If something requires repair, unless it's an emergency, it takes weeks and repeated attempts to get it fixed. They do not follow KY law standards for repairs and notification for landlord entry for your apartment. If you are a non smoker, good luck! I have never felt more at home than I do here and I've only been here a few short months. I can honestly say I'm perfectly content with calling this place my home. They are so quick to help with any issues that I have and the staff is so nice!
I never have any problems with any neighbors. It feels like such a safe neighborhood as well, even at night. I couldn't be happier to call this place home.

We lived at Georgetown Oaks for about a year and have been pleased with our experience. The apartments are very spacey and nice, they have a gym, tanning bed, and even a pool! We loved having washer and dryer hook ups in our apartment and the onsite playground. Very nice place for a family, the only reason we left was because we purchased a home. The office ladies are also very nice and get your problems solved in a quick and efficient manner.

I've been living at Georgetown Oaks Apartments for almost two years now. I really like the location it's in, being next to so many different restaurants and it's close to the interstate. The staff is friendly and they have always taken care of any issues that may have come about. Sara, is super nice and always helpful! The complex also has a nice swimming pool, fitness center and a tennis court in which I enjoy the most. Anyone looking to find a new place to live, I highly recommend this place.

I’ve lived at Georgetown Oaks close to two years now in a one bedroom and have been more than happy with my experience here. It’s 5 minutes away from Toyota, restaurants, and local bars. Rent is cheaper than a lot of the apartments in the area, and the management Torie and Sara, live here on site and are friendly and helpful. Throughout my stay here they have been thorough with answering questions and quick to fix any problems that might arise. My first experience at the Oaks was different than ...
the other apartments I visited around town that seemed either unfriendly, cramped, or a little pricey. My apartment was bigger than I expected, my neighbors are friendly and most importantly I can’t hear them through the walls/floors.. and I’m on the second floor. The pool is always clean, and it’s easy to join a random neighbor in a game if you’re into tennis or basketball in the summer. ? There’s a tanning bed, and a gym that’s never packed (unlike others around town). Needless to say, I’ll be staying until I buy a place of my own.

I have lived at the Oaks for 4 years. I love the management we have here, Torie and Sara. I work at Toyota and the Oaks is only around 5 minutes away from work so it is very convenient. I have lived on the third floor in both apartments. In the two bedroom you have an option of getting a fireplace. The fireplace is wood burning and will help you save a little extra money during the cold winter. Out of all the apartments in this area, this place has really roomy apartments for a really good price. But also if you're interested I would come here fast because once Toyota starts hiring full swing again this place will not have an apartment open. Check it out you won't regret it!

This complex is awful. While they seem nice from a distance, they are awful inside and out. Bugs in ground floor apartments, wasps & bees everywhere when it is warm with no action from management in any way. Calling during office hours is a complete waste because even when they seldom are in to answer they are usually rather rude. I have noticed that while one seems to know how to do her job, the other one knows nothing and is usually on the side porch smoking like a freight train. And when she ...
bothers being in the office and not outside smoking, talking to her is difficult as she smells so strongly of smoke I cant even breath.
On the topic of management. THANKFULLY I no longer live there but the kids whose moms run the front office are beyond ridiculous. They refuse to move for cars in the parking lot, they intentionally hit cars with their outside toys, run and scream up and down the stairs between apartments through all hours. And if you dare say something to them they just say that their moms are the boss and continue. They are also a reason that alot of people who live there avoid the pool the little bit of time it is open because they are usually there unsupervised and terrorizing pool goers.
I am shocked that the owners of the complex still allow people like this to run it because they show they don't care about it or the people in it regularly. Hoping to have someone considering this space to really think it through before signing that contract to stay.

I lived at the oaks out of nessisity for over a year. The management put off my issues over and over. I witnessed them lie to other tenants and and talk about them behind their backs to other tenants. They don’t enforce the pet rules there is dog waste everywhere on the grounds. My kids couldn’t even walk in the grass in front of our apt hallway. Several of my friends have on going mouse problems in the building by the trash collection. They will tell you anything so you will move in then they ...
