Great place for transitional renters!!!
February 21, 2022Apartment is spacious and reasonable in price compared to other apartments in town. Location is perfect the apartment is located on one of the main roads, so snow is never an issue for 6am commuters like me. It takes them a few days to make repairs but everything I call they give me an update on parts and ETF for repairs. The only downside the apartments are older so minor things have needed to be repaired or replacement, however rent includes everything except KU bill, which is less than or ...around $100 per month. The pool is perfect for children and family friendly. The best part about this apartment complex is they offer month to month leases after one year at NO FEE to the resident, which is unheard of. If your like most people looking for that perfect house while trying to save money you will not have to worry about finding your dream home when your lease is up. Looking for my dream house has been difficult because every time I made an offer someone out bids me . After spending 8 long months looking for my dream house I am finally ready to move I gave them a 30 day notices a few days ago and they are prorating my rent next month, so happy I will have more money to decorate my new home. Horrible management
April 19, 2021Don't rent here unless you are desperate for a place to live in Georgetown. If something requires repair, unless it's an emergency, it takes weeks and repeated attempts to get it fixed. They do not follow KY law standards for repairs and notification for landlord entry for your apartment. If you are a non smoker, good luck! If the person below is, prepare to be greeted with a huge shock every time you open the door. Walls are thin and floors make noise (squeaking) in your APT and above you as ...well. Appliances are old and rusted. Stove and fridge are rusted and expect one of the loudest old dishwasher you ever heard. August 25, 2020I have never felt more at home than I do here and I've only been here a few short months. I can honestly say I'm perfectly content with calling this place my home. They are so quick to help with any issues that I have and the staff is so nice! I never have any problems with any neighbors. It feels like such a safe neighborhood as well, even at night. March 13, 2019We lived at Georgetown Oaks for about a year and have been pleased with our experience. The apartments are very spacey and nice, they have a gym, tanning bed, and even a pool! We loved having washer and dryer hook ups in our apartment and the onsite playground. Very nice place for a family, the only reason we left was because we purchased a home. Apartment close to nature!
February 4, 2019We have been living in this apartment for almost 4.5 years now and we have never regretted about our decision to stay at this place! If you are a nature lover, you will defenitely love here..the feel of waking up to the sounds of squirrels and birds is something that we love about this place.. We have a beautiful view from our balcony and we love spending time just sitting and observing Nature especially when it rains.The management people are also very warm and friendly. Whenever we need ...something to be fixed,they respond soon once the issue is reported. We love everything about this place, the ever smiling Sara and the super energetic Torie ( management staffs),the neighbors,the greenery around, basically everything. Great location, friendly neighbors
February 4, 2019I've been living at Georgetown Oaks Apartments for almost two years now. I really like the location it's in, being next to so many different restaurants and it's close to the interstate. The staff is friendly and they have always taken care of any issues that may have come about. Sara, is super nice and always helpful! The complex also has a nice swimming pool, fitness center and a tennis court in which I enjoy the most. Nice Neighbors, Roomy Apartments
January 25, 2019I’ve lived at Georgetown Oaks close to two years now in a one bedroom and have been more than happy with my experience here. It’s 5 minutes away from Toyota, restaurants, and local bars. Rent is cheaper than a lot of the apartments in the area, and the management Torie and Sara, live here on site and are friendly and helpful. Throughout my stay here they have been thorough with answering questions and quick to fix any problems that might arise. My first experience at the Oaks was different than ...the other apartments I visited around town that seemed either unfriendly, cramped, or a little pricey. My apartment was bigger than I expected, my neighbors are friendly and most importantly I can’t hear them through the walls/floors.. and I’m on the second floor. The pool is always clean, and it’s easy to join a random neighbor in a game if you’re into tennis or basketball in the summer. ? There’s a tanning bed, and a gym that’s never packed (unlike others around town). Needless to say, I’ll be staying until I buy a place of my own.Property Manager Responded

Great Homey Apartments
January 22, 2019I have lived at the Oaks for 4 years. I love the management we have here, Torie and Sara. I work at Toyota and the Oaks is only around 5 minutes away from work so it is very convenient. I would recommend this to anyone, if you want a place that if family friendly you have found the complex. If you are looking for a place because you're coming here for Toyota then look no further. Sara and Torie will gladly take you into the Georgetown Oaks family. The neighbors here are very nice. During the ...summer time the pool is open and really refreshing during the hot months. Also there is a cookout area if you are interested in grilling out. Love sports? There's a basketball court and a tennis court to play to your heart's content. I have lived in the one bedroom apartment and now the two bedroom apartment. I have lived on the third floor in both apartments. In the two bedroom you have an option of getting a fireplace. The fireplace is wood burning and will help you save a little extra money during the cold winter. Out of all the apartments in this area, this place has really roomy apartments for a really good price. But also if you're interested I would come here fast because once Toyota starts hiring full swing again this place will not have an apartment open. Worst Complex in Town
October 29, 2018This complex is awful. While they seem nice from a distance, they are awful inside and out. Bugs in ground floor apartments, wasps & bees everywhere when it is warm with no action from management in any way. Calling during office hours is a complete waste because even when they seldom are in to answer they are usually rather rude. I have noticed that while one seems to know how to do her job, the other one knows nothing and is usually on the side porch smoking like a freight train. And when she ...bothers being in the office and not outside smoking, talking to her is difficult as she smells so strongly of smoke I cant even breath. On the topic of management. THANKFULLY I no longer live there but the kids whose moms run the front office are beyond ridiculous. They refuse to move for cars in the parking lot, they intentionally hit cars with their outside toys, run and scream up and down the stairs between apartments through all hours. And if you dare say something to them they just say that their moms are the boss and continue. They are also a reason that alot of people who live there avoid the pool the little bit of time it is open because they are usually there unsupervised and terrorizing pool goers. I am shocked that the owners of the complex still allow people like this to run it because they show they don't care about it or the people in it regularly. Don’t come here
August 10, 2018I lived at the oaks out of nessisity for over a year. The management put off my issues over and over. I witnessed them lie to other tenants and and talk about them behind their backs to other tenants. They don’t enforce the pet rules there is dog waste everywhere on the grounds. My kids couldn’t even walk in the grass in front of our apt hallway. Several of my friends have on going mouse problems in the building by the trash collection. They will tell you anything so you will move in then they ...don’t care anymore. There kids run around screaming at the pool with no supervision yet they will toss a resident out for eating a snack on the pool deck. August 23, 2015I have been living at the oaks for 9 months now and I love it. The management is great and very personable. They live on site and are very friendly. I plan on staying here for a while. The apartments have a great layout especially the one bedrooms. The one bedrooms feel very homey especially when you move out on your own for the first time. They are very roomy, much bigger than I originally anticipated. Anyone would love this place as their home. You have a pool, a gym, and a tanning bed, the ...people in the area are very friendly.
