March 9, 2026I have enjoyed living at Georgetown Park. I live in an unrenovated apartment, but I still find it nice, and I love the layout. I like that it is a non-smoking complex and that there is plenty of parking for guests, and we each get one free covered parking spot. The complex does allow cats and dogs, which is great if you have a pet and want to bring them along. However, some dogs in my building are quite noisy and bothersome. The layout of my apartment doesn't have in-unit laundry, but there are ...laundry units on each floor, which makes it easily accessible. The location is great as well, it is right off of 23, and not far from downtown Fenton, which has some great sights and restaurants.Property Manager Responded

February 4, 2026Been here a year and so far so good. I lived here 15 years ago and liked it then also. The only issue I’m having, there are a lot of people that don’t clean up after their dog. I love on the ground level, so that may be a problem when spring comes around.Property Manager Responded

January 31, 2026Mostly good, but have issues with my window in the 2nd room that has multiple cracks and allowing a black color to form along these cracks and the entire length of the window sill. Had maintenance look at it and said they were just going to caulk it, but haven’t been back.Property Manager Responded

January 28, 2026Living here is still not the greatest. Dog poop is still everywhere no one picks it up. Maintenance doesn’t seem to fix anything or it takes them forever to get things fixed.Review from Apartments.com

January 22, 2026It's a very nice place to live, and feels like a safe community to be around and to be a part of. I'm happy about my new apartment so I can't wait to have holiday celebrations and birthdays. With friends and family over. Also the office staff is very helpful and kind.Property Manager Responded
