I’m one of the lucky ones I get to live in the very back of the 1500
Building, if you come back, I did a clearing a few years back and there’s a table out there and you’re more than welcome to come go sit down there I think it’s very relaxing and beautiful, and we have deer all the time.
Can’t say enough about my apartment is just beautiful as in everyone else I wasn’t Happy about the price hike, but totally understandable.
All in all, I really don’t have any complaints when I called have my ...
appliances or anything else fixed there right on top of it in a reasonable time.
I used to live in this complex.
Years ago, and then my husband when I moved down to Florida for almost 18 years and guess where I ended back at you’re right Georgetown Apartments I loved my first apartment at overlook the office, but this one’s 10 times better than any view I could think of.
I sure hope everyone else enjoys their place as much as I do.??

It’s somewhat better living here. Been having problems with neighbors. Been complaining to the office. Will update my review if something gets done about it. Maintenance has been better on fixing things in a timely manner.

Its been quiet and cozy! We didn't have carpet in last home so my son is in love with the soft carpet. The water pressure is nice and strong..and the water is nice and hot.

Moving-in process I would say was fairly simple! The neighbors all seem like solid folks so far. May be on the thinner of walls side of things for apartments and you can hear the peeps walking above so I can only assume they hear us below. But all in all great apartments in the area!

I absolutely love this place! I just moved in not to long ago and it’s very cozy and calm vibes! I am in love! Everything has been great since the day I’ve moved in. I definitely recommend this place for stay.
