August 10, 2025I love living here. I have met a few people that are really nice. I love the wild animals but they always come at a time where I don't have my phone ready to take pics. It's hard to try to get them through a screen, but I love this. I love being able to be myself, that's why I created my little English Garden, but it's been so HOT there's not a lot of time to stay out there. August 3, 2025I do enjoy it here, it quiet, they allow dogs. Neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. They just recently renovated kitchens and bathrooms. It’s got a lot of nature and deer that come close which is awesome. It also very close to all of Fenton for shopping.Property Manager Responded

July 18, 2025Since me and my husband staying here the staff and the resident have been really friendly to us. I recommend this apartment complex. Anybody looking for a new home is very quiet here. , the staff is very friendly and the community is friendly and there's no problems here. I feel safe where I live. If I have any questions about my apartment or anything, need to be done. They schedule appointment and the maintenance good job taking care of the problem great exercise room nice pool and good ...walking distance to stores and restaurants for great food.
