Awesome Complex with Great Neighbors
August 22, 2024We loved living at Georgetown South Townhomes and have been very happy with our home, neighbors, and convenience in the location. Maintenance was easy and always came when requested, the manager is very nice and easy to work with. Recommend!Review from Apartments.com
No Answer
March 16, 2019I just tried to contact this apartment's office to see if they have anything available, and to schedule a showing. The phone rang for a while, then an automated voice mail gave me the standard "You have reached (phone number)" message, but the number didn't match the one I dialed, and there was no indication that the voice mail I had reached was associated with the apartments. Yes, I did try back again after a few minutes and got the same voice mail. If this is how they treat perspective tenants ...I'd hate to see how they treat the ones they already have in the units.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Too good to be true
March 28, 2016If you view the townhomes you'll think you've stumble onto a goldmine. The property is really old and poorly managed. Perfect location and all the space you'll ever need. Trust me it's too good to be true. The property manager is unnecessarily difficult and you will find yourself asking why am I still living here and continuing to pay for this when every month there is another problem that the latest manager is unwilling to fix. Keep looking it's not worth the trouble.Review from Apartments.com
