May 11, 2023Hello Georgetown Apartments. This will be my seventh year here. And Mary Foote the manager is just amazing. She’s always there if you need anything at all with your apartment. Whole list of problems
January 25, 2023They love adding fees. Want an insurance that's not their one specific company nope not allowed. Want to pay rent early? Nope unless you pay with a credit card and pay a $30 fee. I have had some maintenance and pest issues like ants in the washing machine fixed after a month. Ceiling above my showerhead buldging down and peiling. Several tickets were put in and only got tol oh its just condensation damage. So not fixed. The AC I thought went out last summer so after putting in a ticket find ...out the outter unit was covered in cotton wood seeds. So they didnt check or clean it before then and over $300 electric bills for the summer yay! Property manager has never talked to me nicely.Property Manager Responded

AMAZING PLACE
September 20, 2022i have lived here for 6 years this years and I love it. Everyone in the office is amazing and they always help out at the blink of an eye, no questions asked. I wld def say to move here. grounds are nice and pools is refreshing!! Pet friendly as well!!!Property Manager Responded
