I have lived in several apartment complexes, and Georgia Villas is BY FAR THE BEST. Sondra and Edna are precious and absolutely SUPER - both are very kind, considerate and very compassionate - always offering to help in any way they can, and always always going above and beyond for their residents. You SERIOUSLY DO NOT find that anywhere else that I've found in the apartment communities. They are so considerate of ALL the residents and their privacy, the noise level, if someone's pet has ...
gotten out or gotten lost, and they don't hesitate to remind everyone of apartment rules and upcoming events within the apartment community. I love the privacy, the safety and the convenience to shopping areas as well!!

I absolutely love my apartment. It is an open concept. Love having a small back yard so that I don’t have to leash my dogs and it’s easily maintained with a weed eater. Sondra, the manager, is very good and has “cleaned up” the place since taking over a little over a year ago.

Since Tessa left, the new lady Sondra is not friendly at all and does not care about anybody. She is very rude and does not take care of things. This used to be a great well managed place until Tessa left. There is always trash everywhere and they do not communicate to you very well.

resident to the best of our abilities. Due to all the wind and few storms we have experienced some trash and debris on the property and have made every effort to keep the property cleaned. Miss Tessa moved on to further her career she had been working so hard in college for. Please come by the office and see us to resolve and issue you may have. I have lived here 3 yrs & would not live anywhere else. Sondra and staff are amazing! They truly care about the residents. I had a maintenance issue & cld 15 mins before closing on a Friday & Alex took care of promptly. They always been this way for me. It is quiet & peaceful here & close to Walmart & Pak a Sak! What more could you need!

Georgia Villas has truly made me feel like I can definitely call this place my home. I love that all of the apartments are single story with their own private fenced in backyard and my dog has a place where he can run around and I can feel safe about leaving him out there.
