April 11, 2025Do not live here unless you have no other choice. You don't get to use your ac when you want it's turned on when they want and has never once been cleaned out in the 4 years I've been here.Property Manager Responded
April 12, 2025Hi Gerald. Is your review for a different property? We don't have you on any of our leases for the last 6 years that we have managed El Sereno. As a mid-sized property with on-site management and maintenance staff, we take pride in knowing all our residents and being responsive to their concerns. During our management, we have renovated nearly all the units with new air conditioning, flooring, appliances, and many updated kitchens and baths. August 4, 2015We had a few problems at first but got it fixed . Its like home its my first apartment with my daughter and boyfriend and a new baby on the way. I would reccomend this apartment to others. Its very homey and nice. The neighborhood is alright but i would like to be in a different part of neighborhood. But all in all i rate it a 3 out of 5.Review from Apartments.com
