Maintenance Staff Support
February 13, 2021The Heatherwood crew stayed with our heating outage until they fixed. At one point or another, there were six or more maintenance staff in the apartment. All were attentive and clearly knowledgeable; everyone wore a mask. The crew finally determined that the shortage was being triggered by a problem in the AC unit, so they disconnected a wire in the apartment that was linked to that unit. Please share my compliments with Wes and the crew. Tenants have many options, and Heatherwood is a large ...operation. The day they were here, they made us feel that we were being treated as priority #1! Obviously, we have no inclination to turn on the AC at this time.
