Unprofessional and Rude Staff

I called them to get more information on their cheap apartments, and the lady that answered my call was so rude and interrupting and wouldn't give me any proper information. She kept interrupting me, gave me vague answers, little to no detail on the apartment. Just plain unprofessional and disrespectful attitude all around. No wonder the place is cheap here, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Literally called them five separate times after one of their leasing agents gave me mixed information about availability and then wouldn't respond to my messages afterwards. No one is ever in the office it seems, called five times on five different days, at different times and no one ever answered the phone nor did they return my calls. No one responded to my emails either, after I tried contacting them. Extremely unprofessional.

I moved into my apartment in May! I really like it . I have a town house, two bedrooms three baths. Upstairs and down! Whenever i need anything fixed maintenance comes very fast. Its also quite . I have a lot of space, my kitchen is also big .

I just moved into my new 2 bedroom apartment here at Ginger Ridge! I was nervous given the property is located in Calumet City, but it’s very calm and quiet in this area. I had the pleasure of working with Jenny to help me get all set to move in. Jenny is absolutely amazing! She is so caring and very thorough! I really enjoyed working with her.

First Impressions?
sets the ton of the business integrity and service. I find the reviews extremely helpful when in search for an apartment. This company wouldn't give no information regarding how to apply after they sent me available units for Dec. 1, 2020... (3 units)....Instantly I knew this business was not going to be a option. Never spoke to anyone verbally only through email. Trust your gut always. Terrible service.

I put a security deposit down of $250 and they wouldnt give me my money back! In the agreement it says if you withdrawn from the application or signing the lease, you wouldnt be able to receive it and I did neither. The unit I intentionally was moving into, they gave it away!

This is a great place to live in a nice neighborhood. This neighborhood is surrounded by schools and shopping. This property takes carr of any issue you may have very fast. When you call the office Jenny takes care of your needs immediately. Jenny is very professional and kind and she has taken care of my needs since I've been there as well as Ms. Marcel she is a sweetheart. Ginger Ridge Apartments has been my home for the past 7 years. I love my open floor plan layout and the space I have in my 2 bedroom apartment. The staff here is very nice and helpful and whenever anything is wrong maintenance promptly comes out to fix it. There is a playground on site for children and there is a computer lab for everyone to enjoy. I have enjoyed being here with my wonderful neighbors. I have no complaints.

Me and my boyfriend had recently rented a townhome. Its very nice and spacious also an upgrade was blessed with my first apartment at 19 and now I have my own townhome at 21. It gets really rough at times but my boyfriend and I have a set budget that we stick to as well. It feels good to have it all together in are twenties but its hard at the same time. Free rent would be awesome I have a lot on my shoulders with school work and all I could use the help !!! -Thanks
