Great apartments!
April 7, 2022This was my partners and I’s first apartment together after moving across the country. We’ve lived here for about a year, now moving into a second bedroom to accommodate us and our dog better. We honestly couldn’t have asked to live in a better apartment complex. We’ve never had any issues with our neighbors, we honestly haven’t heard any noise through the walls. The staff and maintenance is always very friendly and accommodating to any request we may have. Looks nice on the outside

Horrible company ,
June 7, 2021Company is horrible , constant harassment , the neighbors are all Karen’s if you ask them to quiet down at 2 am management will give you trouble . People speed through the lots almost hit my daughter multiple times. When you confront the driver your wrong for doing that as well. Fined 175 dollars for having a stroller on the patio (it’s hoa) they issue trespass statements on your significant other and get cops involved when they stay more then a day a week. They have one garbage can for the ...entire complex , the flys are horrible , my neighbors don’t take their dogs out so the pee and poop on the patio above me . They automatically assume things I don’t smoke yet have been warned about smoking on the property . I have gotten noise complaints for having my windows open and watching tv. 0 insulation in walls and floors so the neighbors upstairs sound like a heard of elephants .
