Great Property!
June 6, 2025I’ve been living at The Glades for 11 months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From day one, the staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive. The leasing process was smooth and transparent, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently—this team truly doesn’t hesitate to fix things. The community itself is beautiful and consistently well-maintained. The landscaping is always neat, and the shared spaces are clean and ...welcoming. I especially enjoy the pool and the spacious fitness center, which really enhance the overall quality of life here. My apartment is modern, quiet, and filled with natural light. It features updated appliances and a spacious layout that genuinely makes it feel like home. Most importantly, I feel safe and comfortable here every day. As a single woman who works overnight shifts, having peace of mind when coming home late at night means the world to me. It really speaks to the safety and atmosphere of the community. And just to clear up a random detail I’ve seen misrepresented: the orange car that was here wasn’t a Lamborghini—it was actually a McLaren. They lived across from my building. Before posting assumptions, it might be good to get the facts straight. To anyone thinking about living here: The Glades offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and community. I highly recommend it. Cheap Construction and Thin Walls
February 2, 2024Cheaply and thinly constructed walls/floors. If you don't mind hearing your neighbor from inside your unit, especially the bedroom if you get my drift, then good for you. This property has a reputation of keeping security deposits. Make sure you document and report every little thing wrong with the unit within the allotted time frame when you move in. The checklist they provide upon move-in is inadequate so save yourself an expensive headache in the long run.Review from Apartments.com

Poorly managed
March 14, 2021Had an absolutely terrible experience trying to lease from this complex. My fiancé went on a tour and his guide was great and told him everything we needed to do to apply with them. They advertise they are a pet friendly complex with breed restrictions so they require pet documentation, understandably. After submitting a picture of my dog along with his pet paperwork, we get a response from them that they needed additional paperwork for my dog stating exactly what kind of dog he is. So I went ...back and was able to find his original paperwork from his adoption where it clearly states my dog as “Australian cattle dog”, but apparently that is not good enough for them. We received another email stating that the manager of the site “just thinks the dog is mixed with something else” and is requesting for us to pay to get a dog DNA test and submit the results to them. And even mentions that the DNA test are not “that expensive”...... like seriously? Not to mention all of the hoops they were having us jump through to prove employment/payment because of the fact that my fiancé is self-employed, and we found every piece of documentation they requested, but yet the manager still wasn’t satisfied.
