Dangerous, Terrible, ROACHES
August 26, 20231 star is very generous. Every building is infested with roaches. They raise rent for no reason. TERRIBLE management. Appliances take multiple times to work. Don’t live here.Review from Apartments.com

August 1, 2020This place is awful! All of the appliances are ancient and half the time do not work. Meth head neighbors moved out and the roach infestation that was left was too much. There would be more than 50 roaches crawling up every wall of the apartment. Management would do nothing about it other than putting me on the monthly bug list. Had to spend a lot of money on roach killer to try and kill the infestation.Review from Apartments.com

July 21, 2015Me and my girlfriend just moved from ohio to jonesboro,Arkansas and pick out the perfect apart close to the university with access to the highway. It has amazing pool and workout place and couldn't be happy with our choice of residence. This is our first apartment together and highly recommend this place on a budget!Review from Apartments.com
