July 3, 2024I enjoy living at Glasshouse. I can walk to work in less than 20 mins, my apartment is lovely and the view is stunning but I didn’t give it a 5 because you can hear your neighbors and there is no free guest parking.Property Manager Responded

GH is a terribly managed property
January 24, 2024I wanted to love this place - units small but lovely. Great location & amenities, i thought.... However, management is a disaster. Smells like weed 24/7. Garbage rooms full and overflowing constantly. Residents treat the amenities terribly. Pool is unusable on weekends given that some residents treat it like a private club - bring many/many guests - play loud music, drink, smoke weed, ets. Gym never gets cleaned properly (machines NEVER cleaned once in 16 mos). Garage filthy - construction ...materials, etc, just piled in corners, garbage cans overflowing. Everyone here is extremely young, and think they can treat it like a college dorm. Don't go near this place. It is awfulProperty Manager Responded
