Este edificio con los años se ha deteriorado muy rápido. Todos los pisos huele fuerte a lo que fuman. Se filtra por los conductos. Hay demasiadas cucarachas y ratones . Viví ahí una año y cuando salí se demoraron 3 meses en devolver el deposito de 2 meses que me pidieron. Siempre pague puntual pero no les importa nada. En los elevadores vi varias veces orines y además escupitajos en los números del elevador. Un año pasé ahí y fue una pesadilla Total. Las alfombras de los pasadizos huelen ...

horrible. Y en el parking muchas veces habías condones. A nadie le importa ni dueños ni encargados. Pero si al leer esto quieren vivir ahí es cosa de ustedes.

People pee and smoke in the stairwell. Had a bad mice and bug problem on the 4th floor that we had to pay to try to take care of. It was so bad that when we moved out we took the bugs with us in our belongings apparently and I’m now paying $1000 for extermination. Broken dishwasher. Broken door handle and lock that they fixed but broke the next week. The buzz in speaker is broken so it constantly goes off and it isn’t even for the right room. Over priced for the space. used the ac in the winter it was so hot. If you value your health, money and sanity do not do not do not even entertain the idea of living there. Great neighbors though everyone is super nice

Worst attitude from staffs and trouble getting deposit back

I lived in Glen arm for a year during which Juan was the building manager up until about May 2016 then Billy took over to manage the place. I had a pleasant time dealing with Juan. But Billy has the worst customer service attitude. Every time I went to pay rent he gives an attitude. Things that need to be fixed in the apartment he just put it down on a piece of paper and no one ever show up for repair. I've moved out over the summer and still awaiting for my deposit refund for 3 months now. I ...

called 2 months after I moved out to check on status of the refund I got an attitude from the secretary at the ATM management office (which manage the payment for the glen arm apartment). I called again 1 months later they told me my check will be in the mail by the end of the month (which is what they told me the month before) and the secretary gave an attitude again. I don't recommend this apartment to anyone.

STAY AWAY! You won't get deposit back

I lived at Glen Arms Apartments for a year and when it was time to move I left the apartment in excellent condition, took pictures, and returned the key to the main office and was told I should recieve my security deposit in the mail at my new address. It NEVER CAME and I had to take them to small claims court. They will lie, forege documents and even have a court judgment against you for money they will " claim"you never paid in order for you not to get your money back! For current tenants: Keep ...

all Rent payments, get everything dated, take Pictures of the day you move out with dates because your gonna need it in court after they tell a bunch of lies! It took me a whole year of back and forth to court with these people. It's a scam! They will do ANYTHING to KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT! Thank God I won in court and now they have a court judgement order to pay me back my deposit! Not to mention there are drugs, being sold out of there, prositution and the most horrible smelling hallways! Roaches, and rats are very common in that building. STAY AWAY!

I have lived in nyc the five boroughs and Suffolk County long island. now i live in Nassau County glencove in the Glen Arms Apartments. great 1 bedroom with a terrace 5 floors 2 laundry rooms each floor. A tennis court 2 supers 24 hour access camera's every where. last but never lease rent stablelized luxury building. Families there's 3 beaches 5 to 10 minutes away. BEST APARTMENT EVER !!!!!!!
