very decent place to live

I have lived here for over 3 years and though the management has changed and the way to pay rent has changed i still like living here because i have never seen or heard a car getting broken into you rarely ever hear anyone outisde on a fri or sat night after 11. The maintenance staff is good though there are many complaints its only 2 guys for a almost 250 apartment property and they get to it as soon as they can some people do not follow up to make sure there request has gotten in so they think ...
the maintenance staff just didnt do it. But everytime i have had a problem they have fixed it. The office staff is also 2 people and cannot get to everyone at the same time especially when there are people coming in asking for availability and the phones are ringing all the time they are friendly and if you have concerns they will take care of them. All in all this is a great place to live.
