The Apartments at Glenview are the perfect place to call home! Nestled on 12 acres of beautifully landscaped property we offer our Residents 8 different floor plans to choose from starting with our very spacious 1 Bedroom Units to our beautiful 4 Bedroom Townhomes. Every apartment has air conditioning and either a balcony or patio. We provide one assigned covered carport space to each Resident and additional parking for guests is available. The Apartments at Glenview are Pet-Friendly and are happy to welcome your pet into our community. Our superior management team and 24 hour maintenance staff will ensure that The Apartments at Glenview are a wonderful place to call home! The area's picturesque setting includes rolling hills and the confluence of the Susquehanna and Chenango Rivers. The property is located close to the Binghamton Regional Airport, and is conveniently located by connections for Interstates 81 and 88, as well as Route 17. The Apartments at Glenview are only a few miles from Binghamton University and Broome Community College giving residents access to exceptional and affordable higher education. In addition, a variety of cultural opportunities are available, including the Roberson Science and Museum Center, Tri-Cities Opera, Cider Mill Playhouse, Binghamton Philharmonic, Broome County Historical Society, and many theatrical groups. The region is well-known as the "Carousel Capital," housing several original working carousels. Numerous other recreational opportunities abound, such as cross-country skiing, golf, and fishing. Otsiningo Park home of the Speidie Fest and Balloon Rally, is only a couple of miles down the road and is a wonderful place to canoe, kayak, and walk the paved paths along the river or enjoy a picnic in the park. One Of The Better Ones In Broome County

I lived here for several years and had an overall decent experience. Pros: allows pets; property is well-maintained; never saw any cockroaches. Cons: property manager can be standoffish; plumbing issues (egg smell occasionally comes up through drains); thin walls. The complex had a bed bug breakout that tenants were notified about, but maintenance immediately inspected all apartments to ensure they were eradicated. At night, during the summertime, you can smell the farm up the road.

Glen View has it's ups and downs. This is my first place so I don't have a whole lot to compare it to. It has on site laundry which is a plus. Another plus is the carport. Each unit gets one with extra off street parking. Not a whole lot of sense of community here. Everyone sticks to themselves. There used to be a pool here but that was long gone before I moved in, all that's left is an asphalt slab where it used to be. There are a lot of families with kids here. One important thing to note is ...
management will raise your rent each time you renew your lease. Lease options include yearly, 6 months, and month to month. Pets are welcome but cost extra.
