February 13, 2026People in front office are really nice. Apartments are basically townhomes. Really big and neighbors so far are quiet. My only issue is theres bird droppings everywhere on the patio/balcony and theres pigeons everywhere constatnly making noise. If pidgeon repellent exist you def need it. Bird droppings all on my windows, i dont even want to open up the shades. Aside from that, its been pretty good.Property Manager Responded

January 24, 2026It's a generally quiet area, aside from all the racing cars around late at night. Maintenance has no idea what they're doing and everything is falling apart, both inside and out. Large roaches are also a problem at times, and no one picks up after their dogs. The rent is one of the cheapest for the size though, so I guess that's one plus.Property Manager Responded

January 20, 2026I’ve lived here for 4 years now and I loved it at first but it’s gone downhill, from the office staff to the maintenance orders. I’m definitely looking into moving into somewhere else when my lease is up. I had to wait MONTHS for simple maintenance. The office staff is not friendly anymore.Property Manager Responded
