February 13, 2026People in front office are really nice. Apartments are basically townhomes. Really big and neighbors so far are quiet. My only issue is theres bird droppings everywhere on the patio/balcony and theres pigeons everywhere constatnly making noise. If pidgeon repellent exist you def need it. Bird droppings all on my windows, i dont even want to open up the shades. Aside from that, its been pretty good.Review from Apartments.com

January 27, 2026Nice atmosphere, super helpful staff and the apartment is spacious. I moved out here from Houston and have so far had a very good experience. January 24, 2026It's a generally quiet area, aside from all the racing cars around late at night. Maintenance has no idea what they're doing and everything is falling apart, both inside and out. Large roaches are also a problem at times, and no one picks up after their dogs. The rent is one of the cheapest for the size though, so I guess that's one plus.Review from Apartments.com

January 20, 2026I’ve lived here for 4 years now and I loved it at first but it’s gone downhill, from the office staff to the maintenance orders. I’m definitely looking into moving into somewhere else when my lease is up. I had to wait MONTHS for simple maintenance. The office staff is not friendly anymore.Review from Apartments.com

January 9, 2026I decided to renew my lease after another year here because the experience has been consistently solid. Management is responsive, maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable time, and the community is generally quiet and well kept. It has been easy to live here without constant issues, which made renewing an easy decision.Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2026Loved it when we moved here in 2021 since then has gone down hill! Y’all let the trees n plants die! There’s no jacuzzis!!! Big deal!!! Maybe give us keys or a code to the exercise room so it can stop being damaged. Like the code could track what apt # used it to go in idk something cause it sucks and you can’t use it! Don’t understand why a lease renewal doesn’t give me the lower advertised rent and when asked about it got the run around and a higher rate than the advertised rate at the time. No ...laundry mat and I had to wait two months for a dryer! Couldn’t use my sink due to a break in pipe, had to wait two days for maintenance?! December 29, 2025I moved in right before Thanksgiving. Almost everything has been great with the exception of lack of communication from management regarding my seriously dilapidated patio railings. I submitted the work order right away and have sent 2 emails asking for an ETA on when it will be replaced, but have not received a reply.Property Manager Responded
