August 17, 2025Floorplan of apartments and community amenities are good. Wooden fences on patios need painting and repair. Pigeon ?? nesting on patios leaving their waste is a major concern. August 12, 2025I love my new home, it actually feels like a home. It’s so quiet and comfy. My dogs love to walk around the neighborhood. It’s pretty clean too, the only thing is that some people don’t pick up after their dog. If we all do our part, it makes things 100% nicer.Property Manager Responded

August 3, 2025Not the greatest. Dead trees Dead grass broken sprinklers Tree limbs fell on my vehicle. Had to take it to body shop to be fixed People have a turkey and chicken and multiple dogs exceeding the limit of dogs also cats in an apartment. Totally disgusting.Property Manager Responded

June 8, 2025I really do love the area and how peaceful it is and the benefits gained from being a resident, I was just disappointed by the mold and caved in cabinets and the microwave left on the patio and other flaws that are just eye sores. The apartment was very dirty upon move in. I understand a little dust here and there, but the ceiling was horrible and each and every cabinet had residue from the previous resident. I really think that maintenance should be a priority before a move in date. Regardless, ...I am appreciative to have a roof above my head and a safe home.Property Manager Responded
