June 18, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments are nice and spacious, the front office team is very easy to talk to and work with as well. While there are multiple pools on the property, they aren't well maintained. The best maintained one is right by the office. The remodels are also not great. They look good on the surface, but when you look closer, the paint is chipping, the floors are stick on vinyl, and the laminate for the countertops is stretched to the sink hole making it look weird. Caulking is peeling up around ...baseboards and mirrors. Overall, it is still a nice place to live that feels spacious and cozy, as long as you don't mind a few cosmetic hiccups.Read More

June 14, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comAt first I was upset they couldn’t find my paper work. Then the person who was answering the phone was new. I was just a little frustrated cause I wanted to move into my own place so bad. Then I came to pay and get my keys. In person was so much better I was able to get my keys and chit chat with the assistant manager who by the way was so pleasant to talk with. I moved in with ease and I love my apartment. June 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comSpacious floor plan, fireplace, wet bar, en suite bathroom, closet space, large patio and full size w/d are all the amenities that allowed me to live comfortably. Monthly mgmt led community activities throughout the year. Pools open year round are clean and serviced. Grounds are serviced by landscape company. Staff and maintenance are courteous attentive and responsive. There is a language barrier with maintenance if you do not speak fluent Spanish. Patios/balcony need repair as wood has aged. ...Pigeons continue to be an issue due to valet trash and residents not adhering to trash policy. Safe place to live... community police in place. Plenty of pet bag stations for use. Still have residents that don't scoop there pets poop! :/ Fitness center clean, with A/C and brand new fitness equipment. Covered parking spaces are assigned.
