Loved my time here
October 5, 2019I lived at Glenbrook for a year and a half. It’s a good central location not far from grocery stores, gyms, and restaurants. Management and office administrators were always so kind and helpful. Maintenance issues were taken care of quickly. Neighbors are nice but typically everyone keeps to themselves. Laundry is OK and could use some updating. Move out process was easy and the office admins even let me sell my furniture and put up flyers to sell it in the complex. Location is perfect, price is on point, the pool is awesome, and the girls in the office are always so helpful. The best part is my fur baby is just as welcome. May 1, 2018The office staff here are the RUDEST PEOPLE you will ever speak to. They will degrade you and make you feel as little as possible to make themselves feel better. Love it!
October 16, 2017We have lived here for six months now, and we absolutely love our home! We have had some maintenance issues, like our air conditioning going out and needing to be completely replaced, but we were given a hotel room and good treatment from the office staff. Any neighbor/noise issues are handled properly and quickly with the right kind of sensitivity. The office staff are courteous and always bring a bit of joy to my day. This is the first place I have lived where I don't mind saying hello to my ...neighbors. As for the apartment itself, we have a brand new dishwasher which we love, and all of the updates are nice. We have so much space for the price and absolutely love our den! The closet space is abundant, and our bathroom looks very nice and updated. Having pets live here with us is also very affordable, and they love it just as much as we do. If you are looking for an affordable, spacious apartment with courteous staff and neighbors, Glenbrook is the place for you!Property Manager Responded

July 30, 2016Moved in May 2016. Property is coming along nicely under new management. Spacious, clean, and so far pretty darn quiet. Improvements being made to drainage and entrances. However, the walls are very thin, you can hear all of your neighbors, doors slam very loud, and this place needs a severe update! I can not wait to move. Ready for a Change
August 10, 2015My apartment is very closed in with little sunlight. Have lived here for 13 years and not planning on moving at all. The unit has a very small galley like kitchen with the stove and refrigerator sitting right next to each other. I have noticed this year there are cracks in the walls from the rain. The whole apartment has not been updated from the day I moved in. I lived across the hall and moved in this apartment after 4 years in the previous apart.
