I could change my rating if they'd help me get clean air.
December 11, 2018It was good when we moved in. Staff was responsive to things such as packages, maintenance requests, etc. A breath of fresh air from our previous place, but after a while it's just been really stressful with a lack of resolution to a very serious issue affecting my allergies and asthma. Really would love to see this issue fixed. I feel bad posting negatively, but if you want fresh air that isn't full of smoke / illegal substances, and you'd like to rest easy about getting to work not smelling ...like pot, then you should consider going somewhere else. It's a good location, but I don't think it's too much to ask to not have to breathe second hand smoke, especially when you're sleeping.Property Manager Responded

Think twice
January 17, 2018Only positive thing about this place is that it is quick and easy to move in. Communication is horrible, walls and appliances are cheap. Don’t care about their clients. Wouldn’t recommend unless it’s a last resort. Stay away!!!Property Manager Responded

Renter Be Warned
February 9, 2016We were told repeatedly as we signed our lease that with 2 months notice we would be able to break the lease and not be responsible for the remainder of the lease. We gave our two months notice via phone and letter, including a letter that they required we fill out. We called them to see when the security deposit would be released and we were informed after 30 days the security deposit would be released less any damages etc. The Amount of the security deposit was reduced by the carpet ...cleaning, which is per the lease contract, however they then said that the balance was applied to the lease payments for the remaining 5 months, and that we owe them for those amounts. March 4, 2013These units are extremely overpriced, shoddily made, and the office staff is constantly being fired so trying to get a hold of anyone is a nightmare. Also, it may take weeks to get a major repair done if needed.Review from Apartments.com
