Creepy staff went to my unit when I was out of town and management didn’t bother to even notify me about it, so I came back from the trip and thought I was robbed initially because everything in my apartment was moved around. Maintenance guy would always follow me around and sprint over to me at speed to catch me in hallways so he can ask me irrelevant questions, not only I left the property because of that I also left Portland. I might make a movie about all the weird experiences I had living in ...

I moved in in 2018 and lived at Glendoveer Woods Apartments for 4 years. We paid a total of 4,840 dollars in security deposit (730.00), pet deposit (750.00) and pet tent totaling $3,360. That is a grand total of $4,840.
We got a refund of $155. Don’t live here.

We lived here over two years. The apartment complex staff, facilities, and neighbors were great. We were model renters and the maintenance guys sung our praises moving out. We moved here for better commute and decent rent despite sketchy neighborhood.

less than 70$ from our just under $950 deposit. Wish we never moved here. Totally broke and when I tried to argue how ludicrous their fees were they called it “standard” aka money hungry practice. Do not live here and expect to get back any of your security deposit.
