I like the area. I think things inside the apartments can be better. Like the tubs tiles. The grout around them. More counter space in the kitchen more cabinet areas.

My experience has unfortunately gone down in the 6 years I have lived here. Touch ups/upgrades for existing tenants never happens, rent keeps going up every year and the maintenance department does not know what attention to detail means.

Been here for 2 years stolen license plates were the only issue that I had here, other than that I’ve had a good experience living here. Maintenance department is the best!

Units need to be replaced with updated/new appliances. To cut corners/save money, they recycle appliances that have been “band aid” fixed. I’ve been waiting on a microwave for over a month. I had to end up purchasing one on my own. Washing machine leaks and the freezer part of refrigerator creates freezer burn on my food.

I truly enjoy my unit and complex; however,, the kitchen cabinets and counters can stand a facelift. They are dated and cheaply made. Outside of that, it’s a wonderful community and I enjoy my neighbors. Also, they are convenient to restaurants and other retail establishments.

I really love my apartment and the neighborhood. My maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner. My only complaint is the tenants above me stomps across the floor from the early am to night. My fan and light fixtures rattle and are about to fall. No solution since January.
