Glenfield Apartments

This was a great place to live (here for 7 years) until this new management came along. Trash and water cut off every month. You can't reach management at anytime. If you don't want to live around filth, don't move here.

Everything is wrong, not safe, not insulated, no parking, everything just always broken

I stayed in these apartments for 2 years poor management and maintenance

I'm a tenant here now and I can't wait to move out!!! I renewed my lease due to having no issues the first year!! Then boom my ac went out during 100 degree weather!! Their emergency line was off all weekend!! Couldn't get ahold of anyone then now its been 14 days later and I'm still without ac. My kids walk around with sweat and rosy red cheeks all day long! I've had to go into my car just to get them to cool down at some times during the day! I've gone to hotels which they won't reimburse ...

I’ve lived here for 5 years and not one of my service request has been completed. I had to pay out of pocket for things that they should have covered. There is no emergency contact. Management change every month, there is no communication between management and tenant. My car got broken into and refused to show footage. All in all a horrible complex and the worst 5 years ever.

Apartments always flooding,molded windows,sewer backs up and nasty water floods the whole apartment,the security surveillance is a non existence.poor maintenance,very unprofessional,no emergency maintenance worker.

I do believe my daughter and I will be very happy here I love the school district and I have you photos of the apartments I am very happy and satisfied hoping that I will receive an apartment thank you
