The apartment is spacious, clean, and very well maintained. It’s also in a great location, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and other convenient spots.
What truly sets this community apart is the property manager, Lisa. She is incredibly attentive, responsive, and proactive. Any issue is addressed promptly, often before it becomes a concern. I lived at Glenmills for a year and enjoyed my stay! The apartment was nice, parking was convenient, and the laundry room was easily accessible. The move in and move out process both went really smooth, and Lisa, the property manager, was always responsive and helpful. Living at Glenmills actually convinced me to seek out another EmeraldLiving property for my current apartment. Would definitely recommend!

I love living at Glenmills. I have been here about 2 years and love how peaceful and safe it is. I have kids and they are able to walk to school and feel safe. The amenities they have are perfect. Saving on gym and pool memberships. Laundry on site is a plus.

Glenmills Apartments are located far enough from Fremont City Center so that there's none of the foot and car traffic of places closer in. But it's only a 5 minute drive to all the shops and restaurants downtown.
It's mostly young families with kids but there's a number of single people and some older folks like me. One of my next door neighbors is a teacher at a local grade school and another is a law student at Berkeley.
It's a friendly place with people from all backgrounds.
There is a ...
grade school, middle school and high school within walking
distance.
There are several places of worship for all faiths some within an easy walk
and others not far away.
It's about 3/4 mile from the 880 freeway so you don't get the sound
of it but have the quick access.
It's got a pool, gym, laundry room and an area for kids to play
around in.
The 1st floor apartments have a fenced in front porch area and the 2nd
story apartments have large balconies. It has trees and flowers in the inner
court and out front.
It's clean and well kept up.
It has off-street parking.
The managers are friendly and nice people.

I have been living here for 2 years. The apartment rooms and kitchen are very specious. Mangers Lisa, Mark and Brandon are very cooperative. Apartment community is very nice and friendly neighbors. This apartment is closer to Bart, Fremont hub, DMV , postoffice and lot of market places around it.. Great Place!!
