I lived at Glenmills for a year and enjoyed my stay! The apartment was nice, parking was convenient, and the laundry room was easily accessible. The move in and move out process both went really smooth, and Lisa, the property manager, was always responsive and helpful. Glenmills Apartments are located far enough from Fremont City Center so that there's none of the foot and car traffic of places closer in. But it's only a 5 minute drive to all the shops and restaurants downtown. It's mostly young families with kids but there's a number of single people and some older folks like me. One of my next door neighbors is a teacher at a local grade school and another is a law student at Berkeley. It's a friendly place with people from all backgrounds. There is a ...

grade school, middle school and high school within walking distance. There are several places of worship for all faiths some within an easy walk and others not far away. It's about 3/4 mile from the 880 freeway so you don't get the sound of it but have the quick access. It's got a pool, gym, laundry room and an area for kids to play around in. The 1st floor apartments have a fenced in front porch area and the 2nd story apartments have large balconies. It has trees and flowers in the inner court and out front. It's clean and well kept up. It has off-street parking. The managers are friendly and nice people.
