Management Horrible

If corporate doesn’t step in, then they’re just a responsible as she is I don’t feel safe around The regional Amy and the property manager Charmelle . September 19, 2023The management is horrible. The units are cheaply made. Our washing machine breaks every week, so much so that the maintenance person had to teach us how to fix it on our own. The leasing office people are nice when you tour, but downright RUDE once you live here. They don't care about your situation or any problems you have while living here. They tried to charge me $1000.00 extra for our pets even though we ALREADY PAID THE FEE. The trash shoot rooms are always filled with trash bags and it ...smells awful anywhere near them. This place is extremely overrated and overpriced for what you get. You can find somewhere better for cheaper, I promise.Property Manager Responded

Absolutely love it!
April 24, 2023I have lived here for 2 years and could not be happier. It is located right across the bridge from Northside hospital, 10 min from chasten park, 5 min from perimeter mall, and just in an overall good location. I would say the fixtures are a bit dated but the do keep things relatively fixed. Very large dog community with a recently renovated dog park as well.Property Manager Responded

Don’t believe the stock pictures .
November 3, 2022We lived their first a year . They could not keep staff and illegal AirBNBs where being ran on the property. They seriously didn’t even open the pool until mid spring . You can hear everything through the walls . And our walls where splitting ,code enforcement was brought out several times . Expired tags and broken down cars . I bet the green Jag is still on the rooftop that hasn’t moved it two years. The Parent company is too busy buying but not fixing and maintaining them . Oh and the ...asbestos in the building as well. It took us over 3 months to get our deposit money back. Save your time do not rent from a Northland Property Community on GAProperty Manager Responded

I love this place
April 25, 2022I've lived here for over 6 months now. I love the community and the office and maintenance team. My questions are answered and my work orders are completed within a few days of putting it in. I'm happy to call this place home. The neighbors are nice and so is the staff here. Oasis from the busy Atlanta bustle!
March 1, 2022I moved here from Charlotte and was looking for a safe comfortable space. I found Glenn Perimeter googling Crescent Communities. I felt like I lived in a hotel, the amenities are worth the extra. Any time I needed maintenance they responded either same day depending on when I put the request in or the next but always in 24 hours. The office staff was always very open and communicative when it came to any of my questions. Unfortunately, Atlanta isn't for me so I am relocating back to Charlotte, ...but if I could pack the community I would! I would totally recommend renting at this property.Property Manager Responded

Dog owners/ property upkeep
August 21, 2021The overall quality of apartment is wonderful. If you’re a dog parent of a large breed like myself of two. The apartments are really to small for the dogs to do anything inside. So I would expect a great outdoor area for the dogs , which is currently a gated area filled with gravel that reeks in dog urine! The nearby park doesn’t have a area for off-leash. so we have to drive to the nearest dog park which is a job itself with large dogs. The apartment complex would be wonderful if there was a ...upgraded dog area that’s actually clean enough so the dogs can play off-leash like serval of our neighbor complexes. Also the entryways to the building from the parking deck are disgusting! A simple power wash would make the building appearance 10x better. For the rental rate we pay here I would definitely expect a better up keeping of the property!Property Manager Responded

Perfect home
August 6, 2020I moved to the Sandy Springs area to be closer to work. It's the perfect commute for me being right by 400. The leasing staff was so helpful and made my transition very easy. The residents here are very friendly as well! My home is perfect for what I was looking for based on color scheme and layout. Beautiful building, floor plans, amenities, and STAFF
October 31, 2019From the moment I walked into Novel perimeter, I instantly fell in love. This building is unbelievably beautiful. Novel is extremely clean a true luxury experience. The amenities are to die for. From the clubroom, pool, and state of the art gym, I will never have to leave home. I can't even brag enough on the staff as well. Starting with maintenance Alvin. Alvin is hard working, kind, and gets things done promptly. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that my move-in ran smoothly. Quinn ...(Leasing Consultant) words can't even describe the time and effort he put into making sure I found the perfect home. Quinn is by far the best leasing consultant I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From start to finish Quinn made sure I had everything needed for a successful transition into a new home. Melissa is another Leasing Consultant on site. I haven't gotten to spend much time with her, but the times that I have she hs been a pleasure to converse with. Sean (Assistant Manager) is extremely friendly. I toured with Sean as well. He answered all of my many questions without hesitation. Sean impressed me with his knowledge of the building and the floor plans. Rachel is the Manager. Talk about someone who's personality lights up an entire room. I commend Rachel on her expertise in managing a property. This is not my first time leasing at a property where Rachel has managed. Due to her managing skills, work ethic, great staff, unbelievably clean buildings, and amazing resident events, I have followed her to three different properties. That speaks volumes if you ask me.
